Mark of the Vampire: This film is an admirable, fascinating story of vampires terrorizing European village. The film is beautifully finished, with a marvelous ending. Leadbelly: Poignant biography of the legendary folksinger Huddie Ledbetter, master of the twelve string guitar and long time convict on the Texas and Louisiana chain gangs. Cast includes Roger E. Mosley, Paul Benjamin, Madge Sinclair, Alan Manson, Albert P. Chamber, Craft Evans, and Loretta Greene. (126 minutes, 1976)

Sawdust and Tinsel: Flames soar in this gorgeous, metaphorical film set in a small-time carnival and concentrating on the relation between carnival owner Gronberg and his oversexed mistress (Andersson). Cast includes Harriet Andersson, Ake Gronberg, Anders Ek, Gudrun Brost, Hasse Ekman, and Annika Tretow. (92 minutes, 1953)

The Great McGinty: This film was Sturges' directorial debut (and Oscar winning screenplay) and isn't up to his later comedy classics, however Donlevy is phenomenal as the bum who is put into the governor's chair by crooked politicians and then blows it all by trying to be truthful. Cast includes Brian Donlevy, Muriel Angelus, Akim Tamiroff, Allyn Joslyn, and Louis Jean Heydt. (81 minutes, 1940)

Luv: Murray Schisgal three character hit play in regards to pseudo-eggheads was not designed for motion pictures anyway, however this rendition is genuinely an abomination. The cast tries. Cast includes Jack Lemmon, Peter Falk, Elaine May, Eddie Mayehoff, Paul Hartman, and Severn Darden. (95 minutes, 1967)

Bleak Moments: Leigh's directing debut is a strong, intensely human drama, which charts the plight of a desolate office worker (Raitt) who looks after her retarded sibling and wishes that her relation with a school teacher can develop into to matrimony. Cast includes Anne Raitt, Sarah Stephenson, Eric Allan, Julia Cappleman, Mike Bradwell, and Liz Smith. (111 minutes, 1971)

An American Film Show Production: Offbeat Lockhart owns the Brooklyn Loons baseball team; he dies and leaves the club to his spunky pet cat. Cast includes Ray Milland, Jan Sterling, Gene Lockhart, William Frawley, Elsie Holmes, Taylor Holmes, and Leonard Nimoy. (95 minutes, 1951)

Inglorious Bastards: 5 cadets getting ready to be court-martialed in WW2 take off and try to make their way through France, wishing to get to the Swiss border. Cast includes Ian Bannen, Bo Svenson, Fred Williamson, Peter Hooten, and Michael Pergolani. (100 minutes, 1978)
