A Jumble Of Excellent Movie Overviews

It used to be that you had to go to the video store to get a movie. The next generation it seems will be getting their movies from movie downloads, avoiding any trips to the store. Following is list of a few movies that you can get using a movie download site.

Jack-Knife: Cast includes Easy and engaging tale of a Vietnam vet De Niro who looks up an old Army friend Harris and tries to get him to face up to his censored flashbacks of Nam, and their reciprocal best buddy who died there. In the mean time, a romance blossoms between De Niro and Harris' wallflower sibling, with whom he lives. Cast includes Robert De Niro, Ed Harris, Kathy Baker, Charles Dutton, and Loudon Wright. (102 minutes, 1989)

Alexander: Lumbering historical myth in regards to the life of Alexander the Awesome, as dictated some years after his downfall by Ptolemy. Try to investigate the numerous clashes-from the minute of his birth onward-that conditioned this fabled fighter sheds extremely little light and makes one wish the elephants who assault in a climactic scene could do their poorest. Only Jolie, as Alexander's mom, Olympians, brings some kindle to the film. This is possibly the first Oliver Rock film one could frankly explain as uninteresting. Siesta: Sky diver Barkin ends up disheveled and semi-nude in Spain via Mortality Valley; her succeeding odyssey has something to do with kill which might truly be a fantasy and a taxi driver with rugged teeth who keeps trying to rape her. So-hailed experimental film is a throwback to some of the more unclear attempts of the 196O's. Music score by Miles Davis. Barkin and Byrne later wedded in genuine life. Cast includes Ellen Barkin, Gabriel Byrne, Jodie Foster, Martin Sheen, Grace Jones, Julian Sands, and Isabella Rossellini. (97 minutes, 1987)

Colors: This movie deals with two L.A. cops one a veteran, and the other a gung ho rookie. They work the violent gang infested streets of East L.A. Can these two cops help reign in the terror that the gangs creating on the streets?

Star Wars III; Revenge Of Sith: After years of batting General Grievous and his army of druids, the galaxy is growing tired. Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi are true heroes from these battles. This leads to a duel at the end that Obi-Wan must win.

Curly Sue: Destitute con performer and his adopted waif parasite onto a tightly wound plate of a lawyer. She, in turn decides that this 4-flushing couple is just what she needs to improve her life. Lynch's evident distress recommends she might have seen the hurries. Cast includes James Belushi, Kelly Lynch, Alisan Porter, John Getz, Fred Dalton Thompson, Cameron Thor, Steve Carell, and Edie McClurg. (101 minutes, 1991)

Mamma Mia: Sophie is about to get married. Her single mom has invited her two best lifelong friends to the wedding. Sophie has invited three men from her mothers past, hoping to find her father, and have him walk her down the aisle. Old romances are reborn during the chaotic day before the wedding.

About a Boy: A self possessed man, living in his own selfish world, finds himself befriending a 12 year old buy who is living with his very depressed mother. The friendship they develop allows both to grow. The film stars Hugh Grant, Nicholas Hoult, and Toni Collette. (2002 Comedy-Drama)

Search and Destroy: Undistinguished action movie in regards to prior South Vietnamese official Soo desiring reprisal contrary to American GI's Baron and Stroud. Cast includes Perry Emperor, Tisa Farrow, Don Stroud, Park Jong Soo, and George Kennedy. (93 minutes, 1981)
