Jump Ahead - Jump Higher

How can a jump higher program benefit you? Are you the best basketball player in your league, your school, your neighborhood? Do you want to be better? Do you have all the muscle strength you can get? Do you want to get muscle speed? Yes, muscle speed. You will run faster and leap higher. So even if you are not the best now, you will be the best that you can be.

In basketball, jumping means everything. The set shot game went out with the Edsel. The worlds greatest athletes play basketball in the sky. And wouldnt you want to:

* Slam and jam * Block the big guys * Control the boards * Drive from the top of the of the key * And dominate the game

The best players must be able to leap. Even some smaller players, as small as five-eight have been able to make it in the pros because of their leaping ability.

On the other hand, you will not make it far in basketball without a great leaping ability. From one end of the court to the other, you will left behind. You wont be much use.

Addressing this problem can take many forms. You can hire a trainer or a coach who will give you a cant miss program. They will work on muscle strength and push you to your limits.

If you think that spending hours at the gym every day of the week is how you would like to spend your time, then by all means go ahead. Doing the same thing over and over, hoping that nothing goes wrong along the way may work for you. And when you are done, you still will not have realized the full potential of your leg muscles.

You can reach that potential in just days if you follow some simple three minute exercises. That is the key to any jump higher program.

The exercises that I am talking about are focused on specific fibers in your muscles. Focusing on these muscles will allow you to run faster and jump higher than ever before.
