An Introduction To Joana's Leveling Guide

By Bob Hobson

Joana's leveling guide has long been the top of the list of favourite leveling guides for Horde characters. However, this reputation is very well deserved since not only many years of experience have gone into making this guide, but it is also frequently updated.

The fact that it is frequently updated is extremely beneficial, since World of Warcraft is constantly changing. If you buy an official strategy guide from the shop in a normal book format, you will find that it will be out of date as soon as the next major content patch arrives. This makes it a complete waste of money and all you have is a nice shiny book with lots of pictures of little practical use.

Things are constantly added in rendered obsolete in the World of Warcraft. It is a very much dynamic entity, so for example, a guide on leveling which you bought a year ago, will be completely irrelevant now in many respects. However, Joana's leveling guide is frequently updated and what's even better, all updates a free ones you buy the product.

This makes the product work out a lot cheaper than many competing guides, since you will never have to buy the product again no matter how major the revision is.

It is only for Horde characters and does not focus on any instances or endgame material. However, this is a bonus in many ways, since it focuses on one single thing and it does it very well. Rather than trying to be the Jack of all trades, this leveling guide is the master of leveling for Horde characters.

With years of experience and having levelled many characters before, Joana's leveling guide is written by a professional player. You won't be disappointed by everything that is included and if in the unlikely event you are, a full refund is also offered.

The guide comes with a built in add-on so you won't ever need to minimize the game. You simply follow away point arrow around in the game and it will tell you where to pick up quests, where to go for them and where to complete them. It will also ignore any quests which are considered to slow you down and are not optimised for leveling quickly.

There is also a guide for the Death Knight starting area and much more. It also gives you quite a few useful extras which you will definitely find come in handy.

Classic Hockey Teams Usually Have Classic Hockey Jersey Designs

By Doug McKenzie

Hockey is one of those sports that likes to remember the past. The sport of hockey is one of the oldest sports in North America and the National Hockey League has been around for a very long time. The league began with only six teams but expanded quickly to become a huge organization spanning all of the United States and Canada. The sport is all well and good but we are here to discuss some of the classic hockey jersey designs.

Hockey jerseys are an important part of what makes hockey the sport that it is. The designs of the jerseys are incredibly sophisticated and they tell a lot about the team. The Montreal Canadiens have a very classic hockey jersey design that has been with them from the very beginning. They have a red white and blue color scheme and their logo is a C with an H in the middle of it. The C of course stands for Canadien and the H stands for Habs which is a common slang term for French Canadien.

English speaking Canadians from Ontario love their hockey and they have definitely shown dedication to their Toronto Maple Leafs. I would wager that one out of every two Canadians living in Ontario owns a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey from the current season and every single resident of Toronto owns one of season's past. The maple leaf has become a symbol of pride for Canada and the blue and white color scheme is easily recognized anywhere as the Toronto Maple Leafs colors.

The Boston Bruins have an incredibly simple and classic hockey jersey design. Along the same lines of the Canadien's jersey the Bruins chose simply to use the first letter of their team name. They have a black, yellow, and white color scheme for their striped jerseys and the B is circled in the center with some spokes around it. The Boston Bruins have had the same jersey design from the beginning and it doesn't look like they will be changing it any time soon.

Hockey jerseys and their players are supposed to represent the culture and landscape of the cities they are playing for. This is especially true for the Detroit Red Wings. Detroit has always been a auto-centric city. Half of its economy is focused around manufacturing cars and trucks and so it is no surprise that hockey town's hockey team would have a winged wheel as the logo. Detroit has never once changed up their logo and for good reason; it brings them Stanley Cup wins almost every year.

Hockey jersey designs have changed for a lot of teams over the years but the original six teams have tried their best to keep their jersey designs as close to the originals as possible. These teams don't need any marketing gimmicks to get by, they just need their classic jersey designs and the devotion of decade old fans.

Power Rankings: Top 3 NBA Teams

By Remy Galachis

Los Angeles Lakers

Kobe Bryant just celebrated birthday number 31 (on eight/23), although he is just "ripe for the selecting". His team finished the '08-09 season in otherworldly fashion.

The Lakers are recently off signing Ron Artest and extending the agreement of Lamar Odom. Andrew Bynum agreed to a rewarding $58 million deal during the 2008 year and, if he could remain healthy, may maybe emerge as a "regular" high impact force in the paint (both on offense and defense).

And if that weren't enough for Bryant, he has additionally got Pau Gasol and one of the top coaches in NBA history.

Orlando Magic

They're deep, especially at the center position. With the enhancements of Vince Carter in addition to Ryan Anderson (by means of the Courtney Lee/Rafer Alston/Tony Battie trade), the acquisition of (Jason) Williams (for point guard depth), Brandon Bass, and Matt Barnes, the contract extension of Marcin Gortat, and the presence of Dwight Howard, Rashard Lewis, Jameer Nelson, and Mickael Pietrus, the Magic are looking relatively more such as the loathsome villain they ended up as in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Though now, they're shooting for a title. Howard even forced himself and Nelson to sit through the Lakers' celebrations, in an attempt to prevent undergoing a similar kind of disappointment.

San Antonio Spurs

They chose up yet one more under-the-radar player in this season's draft, passed up by other organizations because of an injury he was hit with in high school.

I'm speaking, naturally, with respect to DeJuan Blair. You know, the guy that ninja flipped Hasheem Thabeet, this season's number 2 choice (in the draft), like he was a Raggedy Ann doll.

As a result, with the signings of Richard Jefferson and experienced players Antonio McDyess and Theo Ratliff, the Spurs are seeming even more fearsome on the wing, and less defenseless in the paint (when Duncan needs to be removed; whether for rest or to avert potential injury).

Call them old, call 'em uninteresting, even Eva Longoria-Parker is a fan of the black and silver. After all, can you chiefly go wrong with a team filled whole of battle-tested veterans?

Foot Reflexology From A Massage Chair Can Weaken Symptoms Of Stress

By Suzie Graham

It has been found that reflexology massages can help to reduce your stress and anxiety. We seem to take so little time for us to decompress. We are under constant pressure that builds up in the body and needs to be released. Do you know that a reflexology foot massage can relieve headaches? It is also good to relieve back pain and help to reduce stress while inducing relaxation. Did you know that the best massage chair recliners have effective foot reflexology massages?

The art of reflexology has advanced with modern technology. From the beginning of time, people practiced massage therapy. Many ancient societies noticed that there were correlations between applying pressure on the feet in hands and relief of discomfort in certain organs. By applying pressure in certain areas of the feet, pain and discomfort was relieved in other parts of the body. These areas have been thoroughly mapped and now they are known as reflexology points.

Dr. Fitzgerald went on to map out these zones and created the first modern reflexology charts. A foot massage uses certain strokes to relax the feet and the individual. However, foot reflexology helps to increase the health and well being of the entire body. As foot reflexology is applied, healing of other parts of the body began. Sometimes, the healing was spontaneous, but more often, the healing takes periodic treatments to sustain.

Why is reflexology massage effective? Interestingly, the body reacts to stress or anxiety based on a flight or fight reaction. The stress reaction mobilizes the body through the nervous system. The feet are ready to run and the hands are ready to fight. The feet and hands need the support of the major organs and muscles to protect the body, so these too are mobilized. Reflexology helps to calm the feet and the major organs and muscles thus reducing the tension of stress and anxiety.

The best massage chairs from Panasonic and Omega have reflexology foot massages. These wonderfully therapeutic massages help reduce stress and anxiety while helping you to relax. Panasonic offers the Real Pro Ultra EP30004 and Omega offers the Montage premier massage chair. Both of these chairs provide daily relief of tension and anxiety with foot reflexology.

Foot Reflexology massage has a lot of potential benefits, however, one important finding is that the benefits were a result of continuous applications. In other words, getting a foot reflexology massage once a year will not have much sustained effect. The reason for this is that stress is continuous. Therefore, stress relief must be applied on a continuous basis to counteract the build up of stress.

To get the full benefit of foot reflexology massage, it needs to be administered on a frequent basis. This can be inconvenient to have to always go to a massage therapist to receive treatment. Another terrific alternative is a massage chair recliner. Receive a daily reflexology foot massage at the end of a long day. Just come home, kick off your shoes and let your massage chair melt the stress and anxiety away.

The Hills Run Red: Civil War Western of stolen payrolls. The movie is badly dubbed and loosely performed. Cast includes Thomas Hunter, Henry Silva, Dan Duryea, and Nando Gazzola. (89 mnutes, 1966)

Ju-on The Grudge: Ghosts of a violently killed mom and her child vengefully terrorize and murder a succession of individuals who have a connection with the humble Tokyo home where the murders took place. This film is too artsy, although on-location photography by Sven Nykvist is often illuminating. Cast includes Shashi Kapoor, Simi Garewal, Romesh Shama, Pinchoo Kapoor, Zul Vellani, and Amrik Singh. (95 minutes, 1973)

In for Treatment: Easy, pointed, commanding tale of a middle-aged mam who checks into a clinic for an examination although is seriously dying of cancer. Cast includes Helmert Woudenberg, Frank Groothpf, and Marja Kok. (99 minutes, 1979)

The Reckless Moment: Mason blackmails protective mom Bennett, whose adolescent baby girl has been engaged in a guy's mortality. (82 minutes, 1949)

Man of a Thousand Faces: Surprisingly devoted, well acted biography of megastar Lon Chaney.
